In addition to scheduled vacations and holidays, the school calendar includes a number of parent conference days and teacher work days when the Student does not attend class.Payment of TuitionYou understand that tuition is due and payable in advance. You understand that the payment to complete the tuition deposit is due at the time this Registration Agreement is signed as indicated below. You will be invoiced for any tuition not paid at the time you submit this Registration Agreement. Student ProgressYou understand that no specific academic achievements or levels of accomplishment are promised for your Student, and that the School alone, in its best judgment, decides the Student's class placement. You have read, understand, and will comply with the policies included in this Registration Agreement, as well as the rules, regulations, procedures, disclosures, and policies set by the School in the Parent Handbook and pledge to instruct your Student to behave accordingly.Withdrawal from the ProgramYou understand that should You withdraw the Student from the School, You must provide written notice of your reasons for the Student’s withdrawal. You also understand and agree to pay all tuition for the 2019-20 School Year, no matter when or why You withdraw your Student.Probationary PeriodThe first 30 days of your Student’s initial enrollment is deemed a probationary period. Should the School determine that it is not the best placement for the Student, any tuition paid beyond a pro rata portion covering the period of attendance will be refunded to the Parents. Students who were enrolled at the School for the 2018-19 School Year are not subject to this probationary period.Dismissal from the ProgramYou understand that should the School determine that it is necessary for any reason to dismiss your Student, it may do so by giving You written notice stating those reasons. You understand that if your account is 60 calendar days overdue, Student’s enrollment may be automatically revoked, and You also understand and agree that the full tuition will remain due and payable. You agree that in the event of default in the payment of any installment, charge, and/or penalty provided for in this agreement, You will be responsible for all attorney's fees and reasonable costs of collection for any outstanding amounts due under this agreement. You understand that a processing fee of $50 will be added to your account for any returned checks. If two checks are returned in a school year, You will be required to pay in cash, money order, or bank check. In the unlikely event that School activities are interrupted or substantially curtailed for more than 30 days by Natural Disaster, Force Majeure, Act of God or other circumstance beyond its control, You agree that the School will not be held liable for loss or damage beyond a pro-rated refund of tuition.
